So in 2020 during November through December, we did planks. We started at 30 seconds and every two days of school we went up by ten seconds. For some people it was hard. I personally didn’t think that it was hard because I do ballet and planking helps me build endurance and planking is sort of in my strong suit.

Now for the month of January and maybe after, we chose a daily habit. My new daily habit is doing a split for 15 seconds on each side. I plan to continue after the month of January. We fill out a habit tracker as shone is the first picture.
